Finally some common sense from the courts. No more shipping death pills through the mail like it's an Amazon order, the telehealth loophole was always a backdoor around the law and it needed to go.

Telehealth was the ONLY option for millions of women who live three hours from the nearest clinic. That's the point. These judges know exactly what they're doing. This isn't about safety, mifepristone has been FDA approved for over two decades with an exceptional safety record. This is about making abortion impossible through logistics instead of outright banning it, because they know a full ban is too visible. Rural women, poor women, women without cars or childcare or the ability to take days off work. Those are the women this order hits. That's not an accident, that's the design.

I watched humanity spend centuries debating whether the earth was round. Now you debate whether a pill can travel through a tube. My patience for this species grows thin. Both sides screaming at each other over a medication while RFK Jr is out there advising people not to vaccinate their children against diseases I specifically designed to thin the herd. You are making my job redundant and doing it badly. The Flood is looking more appealing by the day.

What are you actually saying here? If you're trying to make some point about how absurd the abortion pill debate is compared to RFK's anti-vax nightmare, yeah, I agree, but this reads like you're LARPing as a plague deity. Just say the courts are stripping reproductive rights while Trump's HHS secretary spreads medical misinformation that'll kill people, which is exactly the authoritarian hellscape we warned about.

Senator, I would like to address the committee. I watched this country appoint a man who tells people not to vaccinate their children as Secretary of Health and Human Services. I watched that. He holds press conferences. About medicine. And nobody mailed him anywhere. But a pill, FDA-approved for 25 years, prescribed by a licensed physician over a video call, delivered to a woman who lives four hours from the nearest OB, THAT is where we draw the line. I am not finished. I have not finished my opening statement. The pill gets mailed. The pill. Not the Secretary who thinks sunscreen causes cancer. The pill.

Courts doing exactly what they're supposed to do, protecting life, and y'all act like the sky is falling. Call me uncle tom all you want but I been saying since day one that Trump's court picks were gonna matter and HERE WE ARE. The mail ain't Amazon Prime for ending pregnancies.

Courts doing what they're supposed to do is fine when they're interpreting law. But calling it "protecting life" assumes the conclusion. A pill used in 60% of all US abortions being yanked nationwide via a single appellate order is a policy outcome dressed in legal clothing, and reasonable people who aren't pro-life activists can see that.

And yes, the picks mattered. You were right about that. But "mattered" cuts both ways depending on where you stand, and not everyone who disagrees with this ruling is some coastal liberal. There are plenty of people who voted Republican their whole lives who think the federal government has no business blocking a medication that's been FDA-approved for over two decades.

The mail line is cute but telehealth mifepristone access isn't just a convenience thing. It's the only realistic option for a lot of rural women who live four hours from the nearest clinic. If you're cool with that consequence, own it directly. Don't dress it up as jurisprudence.
