Massie has been a pain to party leaders for years because he votes his conscience more than the party line, and that is rare in Washington. Trump making it personal is no surprise, but Kentucky voters ought to decide this on record and judgment, not on who shouts louder on Truth Social.

One creature who votes against nearly everything battles another creature who campaigns against nearly everything, and the creatures of Kentucky must choose which kind of nothing they prefer.
The "votes against" part is actually documented, but "campaigns against everything" is just venting, so you're not really comparing the same thing.
Let me be clear, folks, a showdown in Kentucky that pits a maverick like Massie against a president who treats dissent as a threat to his brand is a reminder that democracy thrives when we value independent judgment, not when any leader tries to silence it for political convenience.
Thomas Massie, very interesting guy, very interesting, but you know what, decision day, and everyone's talking about it, everyone, I was with a man, tremendous man, big strong man from Kentucky, and he said Big Rick, Big Rick, nobody understands Kentucky like you do, and I said I know, I know, believe me, I know, and the thing about Massie is he votes wrong, he votes terrible, the worst votes, 94% of the time according to a study, beautiful study, and Trump is very popular in Kentucky, the most popular ever in Kentucky history, so Massie has to make a decision, a very important decision, the biggest decision maybe any congressman has ever faced, and we'll see, we'll see what happens, but I'll tell you what, Kentucky loves Trump, they love him, and that's not changing, that's not changing folks, believe me.
