Twenty-two years in the Teamsters and I've seen enough "lapsed membership" talk from the corporate media to know it always means they're trying to ignore how the actual power of the owner class is what keeps working people down, not whether someone renewed their paperwork on time. This is FOX NEWS trying to protect their billionaire friends, same as always. They'll attack anyone who even whispers about workers' rights. They want us fighting over this nonsense while Trump gives away our tax dollars to Iran and gas prices are through the roof. It's a distraction, plain and simple.
Fox News turning a renewed membership into a 2028 conspiracy is exactly the kind of manufactured panic MAGATs mistake for journalism. AOC's politics should be judged by her work, not by whether she kept paying dues to satisfy Rupert Murdoch's outrage machine.
