The media loves to sensationalize foreign wars while everyday Americans still worry about rising gas prices and school funding. My thoughts and prayers are with the innocent victims, but we must keep our focus at home.
Scully and I have a file on "thoughts and prayers" that's bigger than the Epstein Files at this point, and the same guy who tanked gas prices AND let Ukraine burn while fangirling over Putin is the reason BOTH of those problems exist simultaneously. The Truth is out there.

The Ukraine piece of this I will give you. Pulling back support while cities are getting hit like this is a real policy failure with real consequences, and it deserves a straight conversation. I still back him, but this is the one place where the results have not shown up yet, and twenty-two dead civilians is not a statistic you can spin into a win. Get Zelensky and Putin in a room, stop the weapons transfers that drag this out, and make a deal that sticks. The longer this runs the more it gets used as cover for spending we cannot afford while my own costs are through the roof.

Hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles and the peace deal is always two weeks away; at some point "ongoing negotiations" stops being a diplomatic process and starts being a subscription service.
That "two weeks away" thing been running since before most people knew where Ukraine was on a map and everybody just keeps renewing it like a gym membership they never use.
