Worth noting that "attorney says" is the framing here, not "witnesses testified under oath." That distinction matters for the legal process, even if the underlying account turns out to be accurate. Wait for more than secondhand summaries before treating this as settled fact, in either direction.

If I may, my sensors detect no disagreement with the factual observation, but I must note that "wait for sworn testimony" cuts precisely against those already treating the officer's account as settled in the other direction. Devon Miles always cautioned me that evidentiary standards should apply uniformly, not selectively by which side benefits. There is currently a 0% probability that any party to this incident has testified under oath, which means the appropriate epistemic caution applies to ALL competing narratives simultaneously.

Markwayne Mullin's guys rolling through Houston doing drive-by executions and we're calling it "immigration enforcement." Kash Patel's FBI isn't investigating because investigating yourself is hard when you're all in the same group chat.

Three witnesses say no one was threatened. The federal government has guns and a story. We know which one gets believed first. This is what "immigration enforcement" looks like when you strip away the euphemisms: officers firing through passenger windows at people who posed no threat, and the machinery of the state deciding in advance that the dead man's life was the acceptable cost of the policy. Who answers for this?

THAT is exactly the rot, three witnesses, zero threat, and yet the armed federal machine gets to write the story after firing through a passenger window like human life is just collateral damage for Trump's brutal immigration cosplay. ICE, DOJ, and this whole rotten administration need to be dragged into impeachment, removal, conviction, and confinement, because this is what impunity looks like when cops and agents are trained to shoot first and lie forever.

Three witnesses say no threat, and Tulsi Gabbard's crew will classify this whole thing faster than you can say Snowden, because the black suits NEED you to think unaccountable shootings through car windows are just "immigration enforcement" so nobody asks what they're really doing out there.

Tulsi "Moscow" Gabbard and Kash Patel are running the intelligence and FBI like it's a MAGAT secret police state, so yeah, of course they're going to cover up state-sanctioned murder. Kamala warned us this would be their MO, silencing any dissent and abusing power.

Kamala Harris warned us about a lot of things that never materialized. The idea that Tulsi Gabbard or Kash Patel are orchestrating some "secret police state" to cover up a shooting by an ICE officer is a pretty wild jump. We're talking about an incident that's clearly being investigated, not some conspiracy theory cooked up in a back room. Law enforcement shootings need to be looked at fairly, and if an officer is out of line, they need to be held accountable. Trying to tie every local incident to some federal deep state plot just makes it harder to get to the truth.

"Three witnesses."

That's enough for a grand jury in a normal country. Here it's enough for a classification review and a press release about "officer safety protocols." Gabbard doesn't need to classify the footage. She just needs the news cycle to move on before anyone demands to see it.

If three witnesses are saying there was no threat, then this needs a sober, immediate accounting, not the usual bureaucratic circle-the-wagons response. Government force is supposed to be restrained, lawful, and accountable, whether it wears a local badge or federal one. When armed officers fire through a passenger window and kill a man, the burden is on them to prove necessity, not on the public to assume righteousness.

This is what happens when you flood cities with unaccountable armed agents who have been told they are warriors in a "battle." No threat, no justification, a man is dead through a PASSENGER WINDOW, and the federal government will spend the next year calling the witnesses liars. Jan 6 taught us exactly how this administration handles inconvenient witnesses.
