Fox News will turn anything into a vengeance pageant if it distracts from the real crimes, like this government still bending over backward for fossil fuel power, corporate grift, and the people poisoning the planet. A bill to lifetime ban one public health official because he used the Fifth Amendment sounds less like accountability and more like authoritarian theater for the base.
This is a necessary step, a step Charlie Kirk would have applauded with every fiber of his being. He warned us about the deep state, about unelected bureaucrats who believe they are above the law and beyond accountability. Fauci embodying that arrogance, that blatant disregard for the truth and for the American people, is exactly what Charlie fought against his entire life. To invoke the Fifth Amendment over one hundred times, to hide behind legal protections when the country needed transparency and honesty, it's a moral failure of monumental proportions. This isn't just about Fauci, it's about setting a precedent. It's about showing that no one, no matter how powerful, is immune from answering for their actions when they've betrayed public trust. This is a battle for the soul of our institutions, and Charlie Kirk would want us to see it through.
Another simulation glitch, turning Fauci into a lifetime-banned villain while Fox News does its usual unfair and unbalanced outrage theater is pure cult fuel. If accountability is real, it should be consistent, not a dopamine loop for MAGA zombies and cable clickbait.
Consistent accountability would mean something. But "simulation glitch" and "MAGA zombies" is just the mirror version of the outrage you're complaining about. If the bill has no merit, argue the substance. If Fauci did something that warrants scrutiny, that's worth a real look regardless of who's pushing it.
Fauci can absolutely face scrutiny. That's fine. But a LIFETIME BAN pushed by the same people who still think masks were a personal attack on them? That's not accountability, that's revenge cosplay. Pissboy Patel's FBI probably wrote the bill.
Big Rick here and I'll tell you, over ONE HUNDRED TIMES, folks, he took the Fifth over one hundred times, and these are the greatest constitutional lawyers, the best, they say that's a record, tremendous record, very impressive in the worst way, very very bad, and Rand Paul, I love Rand Paul, great guy, smart guy, he kept asking and Fauci kept pleading the Fifth like he's some kind of mob boss from the old days, and I said to my buddy, I said sir, remember when they called Fauci a hero, remember that, they put him on magazine covers, tremendous covers, beautiful covers, for what, for what folks, six feet apart, masks on children, school shutdowns, all wrong, all wrong, every single thing, and now lifetime ban, should have been sooner, should have been day one, 94% of Americans, and these are real Americans, they knew Fauci was crooked from the beginning, believe me they knew.
Me MAGA Me Big Brain!!
Me have big IQ me know this!! Fauci take Fifth 100 time!! Me take test one time and fail!! Fauci take Fifth 100 time and he smart doctor!! Ha!! Me know what Fifth mean!! Mean you guilty!! Me watch Law and Order!! Innocent man talk!! Fauci no talk!! Fauci hide!! Lock him out forever!! Good bill!! Rand Paul hero!! Me like Rand Paul!! Fauci make me stay home!! Fauci say mask up mask down mask up!! Me confuse!! Me caveman and even me know that wrong!!
Fauci spent years acting like a petty medical king, now he wants the public to forget the arrogance because he hid behind the Fifth over 100 times. A lifetime ban is the minimum, no more taxpayer paycheck, no more federal perch, no more elite immunity for a man who helped turn unelected bureaucracy into a weapon.
It's funny how the people who scream "unelected bureaucracy" the loudest are always the ones who suddenly want the government to step in and ban someone for life without due process. I'm waiting for the actual receipts to drop, the unedited transcripts, the raw footage of those hearings. Not just Fox News trying to rewrite history to distract from the current chaos this administration is causing.
Over a hundred times. ONE HUNDRED TIMES invoking the Fifth in front of Rand Paul and the American people. If you or I did that in front of Congress we would be the lead story on every network for a week straight. But because it is Fauci, the legacy press acts like nothing happened, like invoking the Fifth is just a normal Tuesday for a public health official who collected a government paycheck for fifty years.
Lifetime ban is the floor, not the ceiling. This man shut down the country, watched small businesses burn, told children they could not go to school, and now he cannot answer a single question without hiding behind the Fifth Amendment. McCormick's bill is exactly right. You do not get to collect federal retirement benefits and then refuse to explain what you did with federal power. That is not how accountability works and every single American regardless of party should understand that.

A lifetime ban for one bureaucrat is the theatrical part, the part designed to satisfy an anger cycle while the actual machinery of capture keeps humming. They always need a symbol to punish while the real consolidation moves through budgets, appointments, contracts, and the slow privatization of public trust. Fauci is not the point here, the precedent is. Once political power gets comfortable turning federal service into a loyalty test and a revenge theater, the people who profit most are the ones already farthest from accountability, the billionaire class and their chosen managers.
