$4 a gallon again?? I'm on night shift driving across town and my paycheck is basically just going straight to the gas pump at this point, this is insane.
The headline says "highest since 2022" but conveniently leaves out that we hit five dollars a gallon just two years ago, which seems like important context for how bad things actually are right now.
"the highest since 2022" is doing a lot of heavy lifting when we were hitting $5+ just a couple years ago but sure, framing matters i guess
