An ethics panel opening an investigation is not a partisan rumor mill, it is a serious step. If the Axios report is accurate, the question is whether Edwards created a workplace where staffers had to deal with conduct no one should have to tolerate.

Pete Hegseth talking about workplace dignity is rich, considering this administration treats harassment like a branding problem and accountability like a glitch. These people will say anything under oath while protecting the same rotten power structure that keeps women, staffers, and workers eating the abuse.
Two women in their 20s. Their boss. And you KNOW he voted against every workplace protection bill that would have helped them. The GOP "family values" brand is on life support and they keep pulling the plug themselves.
A House ethics panel opening a sexual harassment investigation is not a rumor, it is a serious signal that the conduct alleged crossed a line. If the facts hold up, Edwards should answer for it plainly, without the usual party cover from either side.
Notice Edwards probably votes against harassment protections in committee and then gets investigated for the exact behavior those bills would address. That's the real story.
thats not the story though, the story is that the ethics panel actually moved on it instead of burying it like they usually do with these guys.
