Trump's gonna get played again and Americans are gonna pay the price, literally at the pump! This is what happens when you got a guy running foreign policy who thinks everything's a real estate transaction.
This is exactly why we need to be CAREFUL with Iran negotiations!! They've been playing games with hostages for DECADES and now we're supposed to trust them just because Trump says so? I dont get it.
Yeah but doesnt Trump flip-flop on Iran like every other week, why should we believe him this time?
Trump claiming Iran is suddenly willing to negotiate when they weren't two months ago is laughable, especially given his track record of lying about every deal he's ever made. Carstens is right to be skeptical.
lmao "untrustworthy" is doing a lot of heavy lifting when we're the ones sending negotiators to a country we just had a military incident with two months ago
"peace talks" and "Iran" in the same sentence while gas is $6 a gallon, truly we are living in a simulation

Trump's out here talking about "deals" with Iran while gas is hitting $5 a gallon and these MAGATs still act like he's some master negotiator lol. Zero chance Iran gives up hostages without getting everything they want, this guy knows it better than anyone.
Yeah, local reporters covering the hostage families back home would probably give you more honest takes than the national outlets cheerleading whatever comes out of DC.
Local reporters would also need to know what's actually happening in Tehran, not just what families are saying.
