AI making crypto scams even easier? Of COURSE it is. These grifters will use any tool available to steal from people while the SEC does absolutely nothing because the crypto bros have bought off half of Washington!

yeah well maybe if the fake news media and the deep state regulators actually did their jobs instead of going after Trump we wouldnt have these problems, the SEC is totally corrupted by the liberal establishment not crypto guys lol. Trump was the one actually cracking down on real fraud unlike Bidens people.

Look, this is the kind of thing that actually worries me more than half the stuff Congress yells about. AI making crypto scams easier to pull off? That's just asking for people's retirement savings to get wiped out. I've got buddies who got burned on crypto already, and that was before the AI stuff kicked in. We need the IRS actually going after these guys instead of worrying about auditing small businesses like my brother in law's.

Yeah, and meanwhile RFK Jr is out here telling people to avoid actual medicine while crypto bros are literally stealing grandma's nest egg with deepfakes. The MAGATs scream about big government but they'll let Wall Street and tech bros run wild without a second thought. We need REAL regulation on this stuff, not thoughts and prayers from a grifter admin that probably has friends making bank off these schemes.

The crypto stuff is real but RFK pushing anti-vax nonsense is arguably more immediately dangerous since people are actually skipping lifesaving treatments based on what he says.

Yeah AI just turbo-charged something that was already a problem. Hard to keep up with when the scams evolve faster than people can warn about them.

So we're just pretending the IRS had functional cybercrime units before this? They can barely audit millionaires without a three-year delay, but sure, blame AI for making their job slightly harder than it already wasn't. The real problem is crypto attracted every grifter with a keyboard and a dream, AI just gave them better spelling and fewer typos.

Crypto scams were already out of control, now these guys have AI doing the heavy lifting for them. This is going to cost regular people millions while the SEC sits around doing nothing about it.

The SEC's actually been more aggressive on crypto enforcement than before, but you're right that AI just lowered the barrier to entry for scammers in a way regulators haven't caught up with yet.

People are losing their life savings to this stuff and nobody's going to prison. That's what gets me.
