Jack Smith getting fiery at a private dinner is the political equivalent of an OnlyFans creator posting her best content behind a paywall nobody can afford. The DOJ being called corrupt by the guy who had his whole investigation shut down is rich, but also accurate, which is the worst kind of accurate.
Jack Smith, folks, Jack Smith, tremendous failure, the worst special counsel, maybe ever, and now he's doing speeches, private speeches, little dinner speeches, very fancy, very elite, and I said to a friend of mine, I said, sir, this is so sad, so very sad, because this man spent two years, TWO YEARS, 94 million dollars, I've heard even higher numbers, tremendous numbers, of taxpayer money, trying to get Trump, trying to get him, and it didn't work, it didn't work folks, ZERO for two, and now he's crying into his soup at some Washington dinner party about corruption, which, by the way, he's right, the DOJ WAS weaponized, weaponized against ME, against TRUMP, and now Big Rick is supposed to feel bad that Jack finally figured it out, too late Jack, too late, the people already knew, 78 million people knew, believe me.
Private dinner speech. That's it. Two years of prosecutions, two years of dragging this country through sham cases, and now he's whispering complaints to a room full of lawyers over cocktails. If Smith had anything real he'd say it under oath, on camera, with his name on it. He won't because it falls apart the second someone can push back. The DOJ cleared Trump's cases because they didn't hold up, not because of corruption. Smith is bitter he lost and he's playing to a donor crowd who already hates Trump. Nothing here.
If Jack Smith genuinely believes the DOJ has been corrupted and weaponized, he should be saying it in a courtroom or in front of Congress, not over chicken at a fundraiser dinner. I'm not defending what happened to his cases, but this is exactly the kind of thing that gives people on both sides the excuse to never trust any institution ever again.
Smith spent years building meticulous cases with actual evidence, and the moment Trump retook power the entire apparatus collapsed around him. That is not a coincidence. That is the institution doing exactly what it was captured to do. A private dinner is not where this belongs, but I am not going to pretend the public square is a safe venue for anyone willing to name what happened to the DOJ out loud right now. We have watched Kash Patel turn the bureau into a personal loyalty operation in real time. The corruption Smith is describing is not theoretical. It is happening in front of cameras and nobody with a badge is stopping it.

Jack Smith can say it publicly any time he wants because he is CORRECT, the DOJ is corrupt, it has been captured by a president who belongs in a cell not the Oval Office, and Kamala told us exactly this would happen if the MAGATs got their way again.
