At least someone in Europe gets it - you gotta work with Trump, not against him, if you want any actual leverage on trade deals.
Versailles is a flex move, Macron knows exactly what he's doing trying to keep Trump happy on trade stuff.
I guess it's fine if it keeps America's interests first, but I don't trust Macron one bit with his open borders and anti-Christian stance!
