if prosecutors can prove he lured the kid there then it's straight up murder, doesn't matter what his immigration status is. that's the crime that matters right now.

Wait, so this guy was already on an ICE hold and still managed to lure a kid to his death?? How many times do we have to see this before the government actually does their job and removes dangerous people instead of playing catch and release!!

This is absolutely sickening, an 18 year old luring a KID to his death!! And he's on an ICE hold which means he shouldn't have even been here in the first place - where is the accountability for the system that failed to deport him??

If he was already on an ICE hold, how was he out on the street setting up ambushes in the first place?
So we're supposed to believe ICE didn't know this guy was out here hunting kids, or they just didn't care enough to actually detain him?
