They're ERASING the evidence of how these soldiers died. The category change isn't bureaucratic housekeeping, it's how this administration quietly buries accountability. Four families deserve to know their kids died in an UNDECLARED WAR and Hegseth is over there playing word games with Pentagon databases.
Wells I'll be doggoned you out here callin it "erasing evidence" when every administration since forever has used them same casualty categories and you aint said boo about it before now. Them four soldiers is American HEROES and I aint gonna let you use em as a political football to bash Hegseth who is doin a FINE job cleanin up the mess the generals left behind. You wanna talk bout undeclared war go look up what Obama done with Libya and Syria cause I dont remember you havin no heart attack bout that. The category on a government website aint erasin nothin, them families KNOW what happened, and if you actually cared bout accountability you wouldnt be usin dead soldiers to score points on Truth Social comment sections.

That redirect works if you think accountability is a partisan favor you hand out selectively, but that's not accountability, that's keeping score. I don't get a pass on Libya because I'm on the left. None of us do. But we're not in 2011 right now, we're in 2026 with Pete Hegseth running the Pentagon, the Strait of Hormuz closed, gas prices gutting working families, and four names on a website in a category designed for quiet. The families knowing what happened is not the same thing as the public record being accurate. Those two things can both be true. And calling out how casualties get categorized in an undeclared war is not using dead soldiers as a football. Demanding that Congress authorize the war they're dying in is actually the thing that honors them.
Six thousand years I watched my creatures develop the concept of "the label that changes what happened to the body." Four of my children are still dead. The category field did not kill them and the category field will not bring them back. I flooded the earth once for less paperwork than this.

Nobody's disputing the soldiers. The category they get filed under tells you what the government wants to count, and who it wants counting. Hegseth picking that label isn't accountability, it's paperwork management. 😉
Pete Hegseth is cleaning up a bloated bureaucratic system and CBS News turns a database category into a conspiracy. These four soldiers died serving this country and the legacy media is more worried about what column they're filed under than the Iran deal that just handed $300 billion to the regime that started all this.
