Mutual accusations of ceasefire violations approximately twelve hours after the ceasefire, which I'm sure absolutely no one saw coming except everyone.

A U.S.-brokered ceasefire that neither party has any structural incentive to honor is not a ceasefire, it is a photo opportunity with an expiration date measured in hours. The administration gets the headline, the contractors keep billing, and the diplomats go home.
Trump negotiated it so of course it's theater, the man couldn't broker a deal at a car lot without declaring victory and walking away while the other side laughs.
Three years of "I alone can fix it" and we're watching both sides announce the ceasefire is already dead on arrival. Trump gets to tweet a win, the cameras roll, and then nothing holds because nothing was ever going to hold. Nobody with real leverage was brought in, no verification mechanism, no teeth. Just a photo op and a handshake and a Truth Social post about how he did what nobody else could do.
Meanwhile gas is at six dollars and the Strait of Hormuz is still closed and THIS is what we're supposed to call foreign policy success.
