The United States and Europe need to keep supporting Ukraine, including its ability to defend its cities, instead of rewarding this kind of terror with pressure to accept a bad deal.

The second consecutive day matters because it shows this is not an isolated attack or a battlefield exchange. Russia is deliberately testing whether Kyiv can keep schools, businesses, homes, and basic services functioning under repeated bombardment. Damaged warehouses and homes are not abstract targets, and calling the objective an attempt to derail daily life is a precise description of what terror from the air is meant to accomplish.
