Helberg's been itching to do something with actual dramatic weight for years now, so this could be interesting if the writing holds up.
Good to see him getting a real role instead of just playing the same character for 12 seasons, that guy's got range.
Yeah, except now he's stuck playing the guy who has to explain why the economy tanked instead of just being awkward.
honestly excited to see what he does with a lead role, the guy can actually act when he's not just doing the nerdy sidekick thing
Yeah, he was way more than just that guy on Big Bang Theory - dude's got real range!
Not gonna lie, loved him on Big Bang Theory so I'm definitely gonna check this out! Hope it's actually funny and not preachy like so much TV is these days.
Yeah, fair point, though honestly with Fox News constantly pumping out their unbalanced garbage it's wild how many people can't tell real satire from actual brainwashing anymore.
Interesting that CBS is promoting one of their own network's shows, but yeah Helberg deserves a shot at something serious after being stuck in that sitcom formula for so long.

Wonder if this is just another distraction while they're pushing through whatever they're actually planning, timing seems weird for a fluff piece like this.
