she's the only one willing to say out loud what the rest of them are too cowardly to admit, that this court is broken and serving the regime, not the law. Fox calling it "imperial judiciary" is rich when the majority just spent years gutting voting rights and abortion.

that's the actual headline language, man, not a typo, Fox is doing that thing where they frame dissent as erratic solo behavior instead of just calling it principled opposition.
Yeah Fox is gonna Fox. I'd be more surprised if they called it "principled opposition."
Jackson is out there actually doing her job with integrity and Fox has to spin it as a "tear" like she's throwing a tantrum. They can't just say a Black woman is RIGHT.
Fox can't stand a judge who won't fold to the Trump machine, so they dress up basic judicial independence like some kind of outburst. Jackson doing her job is exactly what scares them, because it means the Court is not fully for sale.
