Brooks is right but let's be real, media companies bash whoever gets them clicks and ratings - they've been protecting billionaires and corporate power way longer than Trump's been around!!
Brooks nailed it, but you're doing the both-sides thing - the left-wing outlets have made Trump obsession their entire business model, period.
The difference is that Trump actually poses a direct threat to democracy, so covering him intensively isn't equivalent to right-wing media manufacturing outrage about Hunter Biden's laptop.
