Biden writing a memoir is the least surprising thing in a world where the conman faked an assassination attempt and gave Iran 300 billion dollars, and the late and great OJ Simpson could have told you this whole political circus was rigged from the start.
OJ's not the guy I'd cite as a truth-teller on rigged systems, but yeah, the bar for "surprising" has moved considerably since 2020.

You can think Biden was a bad president without treating memoir publication as incriminating.
