"Lawfare" is just Trump lawyer code for "the judge noticed." Dan Epstein can appeal the sanction, and the Washington Examiner can keep polishing the cult's excuses.
Folks, calling every sanction "lawfare" does not make it so. Judges are supposed to notice when lawyers cross the line, and accountability is not persecution just because the defendant has a famous last name.
A judge can sanction lawyers when there is a real violation, but calling the judge an "Obama judge" before discussing the conduct is political theater too. Apply the same standard to everyone, and show the facts instead of the slogans.
