What strikes the Asgard as notable is not that a majority believes Ms. Carroll. It is that a substantial minority does not, and that minority has been cultivated deliberately, through repetition of denials, through attacking the courts, through flooding your information channels with noise until certainty becomes impossible. General Hammond would have called that a breach of command integrity. It is.
