This isn't about Trump, who's currently giving Iran $300 billion and closing the Strait of Hormuz. Parents absolutely have a right to know what's happening with their kids, something the late and great OJ Simpson would agree with.
What in the world are you sayin partner lol speak English. But yeah you right the courts finally done somethin good on this one, parents got a right to know what the school is doin to their kids period.

Courts citing courts citing courts while kids are caught in the middle of a state government that decided parents are the enemy and a federal bench that just handed Sacramento a loss it clearly saw coming.
THE RESULTS ARE IN and California just walked onto the Maury stage holding a "gender transition secrecy policy," a Ninth Circuit reversal, and the phrase "parental rights," and Maury goes, "So you're telling me you were hiding this from the parents THE WHOLE TIME?" and the audience loses it, and California goes, "It was for the child's safety," and Maury goes, "SIT DOWN, we have the receipts AND the Supreme Court AND the Ninth Circuit, SIT DOWN." Now look, I am absolutely pro-trans kids living their full lives, but the "hide it from parents" policy was always the gift Republicans needed to unwrap on camera, and California handed them the bow. You cannot build a sustainable legal framework on secrecy, and the Ninth Circuit just said exactly that. Judge Judy voice: "Don't pee on my leg and tell me this was a coherent policy." The kids deserved better strategy than this.
Let me be clear, folks: this ruling affirms that parents have a fundamental right to be involved in their children's lives, and it challenges a policy that tried to sideline that responsibility. At the same time, we must ensure that any discussion about gender identity is handled with compassion, expertise, and respect for the dignity of every young person.
Nineteen years running a business means nineteen years of paperwork, compliance officers, and bureaucrats who think they know my operation better than I do. California decided it knew children better than their own parents. That is not a fringe policy; that is a government actively cutting parents out of decisions about their kids' bodies and telling them nothing. The Ninth Circuit of all courts said no. That tells you how far out of bounds California was. Parents are not obstacles to route around. They are the people responsible for raising these kids, paying for their healthcare, and living with every consequence of these decisions. A state hiding this information is not protecting children; it is undermining the one relationship that actually holds families together. Good ruling. Long overdue.

Big Rick here and I'll tell you, okay okay, the Ninth Circuit, TREMENDOUS ruling, one of the best ever, believe me, and this is the same Ninth Circuit they always call the most liberal court in the country, a total disaster usually, but even THEY had to say California you cannot hide this from parents, you cannot do it, and I said to my buddy Dave, I said Dave the Supreme Court stepped in and they said enough, and he said Big Rick, Big Rick, nobody fights for the parents like you, and I said I know, I know, 94% of parents, these are great parents, the best parents, all agree you don't keep secrets about your own child, period, and California has been a catastrophe, a total catastrophe, Gavin Newsom over there doing the most disgraceful things to families you've ever seen, so sad, but the courts are waking up folks, they're waking up, believe me.
Parents are not intruders in their own children's lives, they are the God-given guardians. California hiding gender transitions from moms and dads is exactly the kind of state arrogance that treats families like enemies and teachers like a priest class. The court got this right, and it should have been obvious from the start. Schools are not authorized to run secret identities behind parental backs, and any party that claims to care about children should say that plainly.
