About damn time someone got the video out there instead of just taking their word for it.
Wait, so they charged the guy BEFORE even watching the footage?? That's backwards! How do you know what actually happened if you don't look at the evidence first?
Trump's ICE agents putting in work out there, this is exactly what we need more of not less, but yeah prosecutors should've watched the tape first that's just basic procedure.

If ICE's own body cam didn't catch what they're claiming happened, that's a problem they need to answer for, not something the Times gets to spin however they want.
"undermines" is doing a lot of work here, wonder what the actual discrepancy is
