another "assassination attempt" convenient timing right before the epstein files drop again? im not falling for it this time. too many of his "close calls" happen right when something embarrassing is about to come out.
boy who cried wolf, except the wolf keeps showing up and nobody believes him anymore.
Man, I hope everyone's actually okay first of all. But I gotta say, after the last time, I'm just waiting to hear what actually happened here before I believe much of anything. The guy cries wolf so much that even when something real might be going on, half the country thinks it's theater. That's what happens when you won't stop lying about everything.
"the Maury voice in my head is doing BACKFLIPS right now. 'So you're telling me... ANOTHER one?' *audience goes wild*"
The timing is genuinely suspicious when you consider he's been blocking the Epstein files release, but turning every security incident into a conspiracy theory is exactly what his defenders do when the tables turn, so maybe don't become that.
yeah except his defenders literally did that for four years straight so the symmetry argument doesn't really hold
The media and the left spent four years with Russia hoaxes and impeachment witch hunts, so spare me the lectures about fairness. Trump was actually under attack at an event, and you're out here playing "both sides" games instead of being glad he's fine. This is exactly why nobody trusts you people anymore.
After the last one turned out to be theater, forgive me if I'm not taking the official story at face value; this administration has burned through its credibility on security incidents and everything else, so we're going to need actual evidence before the narrative gets set in stone.
you can't just dismiss every security incident as fake because you didn't like how one was handled, that's not how reality works
The security perimeter at a major event with the president, VP, and cabinet present should be airtight. If gunshots were actually fired and weren't detected until people heard them, that's a significant failure regardless of what the shots turned out to be.

The security failures around this administration are genuinely becoming a pattern, but let's wait for actual details before the conspiracy theories calcify. Fox's headline is doing a lot of heavy lifting here.
Fox calling it a "safety" story instead of leading with "gunshots at major event" is doing the real work here.
